I recently had the opportunity to design, 3D model, and render a large-scale mixed-use building (3B+G+14) for Online Properties Ltd-OPL in Dhaka. With a land area of approximately 34 katha and a total built area of around 3,20,000 sq ft, this project presented both unique challenges and rewarding opportunities.

Located at the junction of two roads—one 160 feet wide and the other 30 feet wide—the site’s positioning played a key role in shaping the design. Throughout the process, I prioritized climatic considerations, natural light maximization, and air ventilation, ensuring that the building harnesses the environment in the most sustainable way possible.

The design also incorporates renewable energy, rainwater recycling, and energy-efficient strategies to create an eco-friendly and aesthetically pleasing space. I'm thrilled to have contributed to a project that balances sustainability with functionality and modern design principles.
