Recently, I had the opportunity to design a modern commercial building at Jolsiri Abashon, Dhaka, encompassing a total area of 10,700 sq ft (B+G+M+4). This glass facade structure is strategically located with two major vehicular roads on the south (60 feet) and east (40 feet) sides, and a scenic lake just across the south road.
Throughout the design process, I meticulously considered these site forces, including renewable energy implications, water conservation, and strategies to reduce energy consumption along with environmental aspects to ensure the building is not only aesthetically pleasing but also sustainable and equipped with all necessary amenities.
